With a background spanning two decades in contract lobbying, government affairs management, and grassroots organizing, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to navigate the complexities of policy and politics.  Her extensive network of trusted relationships shows her commitment to building strong connections within the political landscape. Known for her focused communication skills, Megan excels in conveying complex ideas concisely. Megan has a degree in English and resides on Vashon Island with her family.

As our principal liaison with legislative offices and candidates, Brynn plays a pivotal role in our team, leveraging excellent relationships throughout Washington to facilitate key connections for our clients. Brynn excels in anticipating the needs of our clients and addressing challenges. Brynn holds a degree in Business Management and lives in Skagit County with Joe and  their two dogs.

Andrew integrates a background in business operations with his role at FPA, where he oversees a broad spectrum of responsibilities vital to our client’s success. Andrew takes the lead on data projects, PAC Management, ensuring adherence to Public Disclosure (PDC) regulations, and bill tracking. From managing invoices to developing and executing contracts, Andrew plays a key role in the stability of our clients’ businesses and operational efficiency. Andrew holds a degree in political science and economics and resides on Vashon Island with Megan and their two children.

Joe leads on event planning, hearing sign-ins, special projects, and assists with scheduling at FPA, bringing diligent attention to detail and clear communication skills. He has a degree in political science and lives in Skagit County with Brynn and their animal family.

With over two decades of dedicated service in the political arena, Erin is an experienced professional whose journey began as a Senate intern and evolved through campaign assistance and contract lobbying. Throughout her career, she has focused on a range of issues, with an emphasis in healthcare and the financial sector. Erin's attention to detail and effective communication style are hallmarks of her work, and her extensive professional network serves as a valuable asset to her clients and their stakeholders. She has a degree in political science and lives on Vashon Island with her family.

Amanda Hubik draws on a deep knowledge of policy, politics, and community engagement. Most recently, she served as the Legislative Assistant to House Democratic Caucus Whip Rep. Alex Ramel. Prior to her legislative experience, Amanda spent four years as the Marketing and Promotions Director for the Anacortes Chamber of Commerce. In addition to her professional experience, Amanda is completing her fourth year as an elected Anacortes City Councilmember and has served as a Commissioner with the Anacortes Housing Authority. Amanda has a degree in Psychology and is a proud Texan transplant.
