With a background spanning two decades in contract lobbying, government affairs management, and grassroots organizing, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to navigate the complexities of policy and politics.  Her extensive network of trusted relationships shows her commitment to building strong connections within the political landscape. Known for her focused communication skills, Megan excels in conveying complex ideas concisely. Megan has a degree in English and resides on Vashon Island with her family.

As our principal liaison with legislative offices and candidates, Brynn plays a pivotal role in our team, leveraging excellent relationships throughout Washington to facilitate key connections for our clients. Brynn excels in anticipating the needs of our clients and addressing challenges. Prior to joining FPA, she worked for both the cities of Kirkland and Bellingham and holds a degree in Business Management. Brynn lives in Skagit County with Joe and  their two dogs.

Andrew integrates a background in business operations with his role at FPA, where he oversees a broad spectrum of responsibilities vital to our client’s success. Andrew takes the lead on data projects, PAC Management, ensuring adherence to Public Disclosure (PDC) regulations, and bill tracking. From managing invoices to developing and executing contracts, Andrew plays a key role in the stability of our clients’ businesses and operational efficiency. Andrew holds a degree in political science and economics and resides on Vashon Island with Megan and their two children.

Joe leads on event planning, hearing sign-ins, special projects, and assists with scheduling at FPA, bringing diligent attention to detail and clear communication skills. He has a degree in political science and previously worked for the City of Bellingham. Joe lives in Skagit County with Brynn and their animal family.
